Wallet

We have created a transparent wallet system. All wallets are uniquely assigned to a customer. The system operates in a 2-tier structure. There are virtual wallets and custody wallets. The TMNG Token is an ERC-20 token built on the Polygon network. In the dashboard, we have a native BTC wallet and a multichain wallet that currently supports the Polygon and Ethereum networks. Cryptocurrencies are stored in so-called wallets. Wallets are a type of electronic purse that can be opened and used with a private key, similar to a bank PIN. The wallets on a blockchain are publicly visible and uniquely identifiable by an address. In this chapter, you will find all important information about internal wallets, verifying your own wallet, and handling the website.
In the dashboard on the right side, you will find two displays. One is the virtual wallet and the other is the custody wallet. The virtual wallet is a book value assigned to the respective user, often involving referral compensations. Once the tokens or values are transferred to the custody wallets, they exist on the blockchain and can always be located live with a blockchain explorer.
You can access the wallet section with verification and withdrawal functions through the "Wallets" button.
Currently, these are deposit addresses only for TMNG. Please do not send any other tokens or cryptocurrencies to these wallets.
Both wallets display the amount of the respective token and their value in US Dollars. There is a privacy function that allows you to mask the token view with ******. You can also use the copy button to copy the wallet address to deposit TMNG or to view it in a blockchain explorer.
After pressing the Wallet button, you will enter the wallet overview. On the right side, you will find the virtual wallet and custody wallet. On the left side in the body, you will find the functions add wallet and my wallets. Here, you verify your wallet and can use it after approval.
By pressing the "Add Wallet" button, you will reach the following template. There are two methods to add your wallet. Each address can be manually added. If the wallet is accessed via MetaMask, you can use the Connect Wallet with MetaMask function to verify it. There is a small tip to note.
In our example, we will use the first method and click Add Custom Wallet. In the next step, we add the network to the wallet by clicking the small triangle. TMNG operates on the Polygon (Matic) network, so we select TMNG/Matic.
Next, we give the wallet a name. Here: My TMNG MetaMask Wallet.
Next, we give the wallet a name. Here: My TMNG MetaMask Wallet.
Now, enter the wallet address of your private wallet. In the MetaMask and Ledger chapters, there are tips on how to find it. A Polygon address always starts with 0x.... .
In the example below, the middle parts of the address are missing.
There is then a note on entering and verifying the wallet. Your wallet must have a small amount of Matic (Polygon) to complete the verification process. You can acquire Matic via CrowdSwap (DEX), MEXC, or any exchange of your choice.
The note is then confirmed, and you proceed to the next step with "Continue."
Now comes the so-called Satoshi Test or Proof-of-Walletcontrol Test. You must send a small amount of Matic to the displayed wallet. If you have your wallet or MetaMask on your mobile, you can scan the QR code. Otherwise, you can copy the deposit address via code.
The amount must now be sent to the wallet: 0x28241D458c56f10119D00DE8e93ff175952aB6dD.
Please send only a very small amount, as the amount cannot be refunded.
It is important that you enter the Transaction ID of your wallet in the field below. The example below demonstrates this with MetaMask. The last transaction, or the transaction to the above-mentioned address.
We send the test transaction using the MetaMask browser extension (See MetaMask chapter). It is important that we are on the Polygon network, which can be identified by the purple polygon symbol at the top left. If it is not set correctly, you can click on the triangle next to the symbol to select the correct network.
Once everything is set up correctly, click on "Send".
In the next step, enter the address: 0x28241D458c56f10119D00DE8e93ff175952aB6dD of the verification wallet. Next, choose the currency Matic (Polygon) and the amount, here 0.01 Matic. By clicking "Next," we start the transaction.
Sometimes a warning might appear, indicating that the fee is higher than the amount to be sent. Both are in the cent range and can be confirmed.
As a final step, enter the transaction ID into the template for wallet verification.
In the MetaMask, you can see your last transaction during activity or search for the relevant transaction and click on it.
In the following window you can see various details about the transaction and can copy the transaction ID in the upper area.
The transaction ID is now entered into the template at TMNG and the payment is confirmed by pressing a button.
After verification, it takes 1-3 working days for the wallet to be confirmed. You can track the progress of the verification in the wallet overview under "Your wallets".
Two ticks mean that the wallet has been fully verified. If there is one tick, the approval is still missing or the transaction ID is incorrect.
If the wallet has been properly verified, you can click on the wallet name to request a withdrawal. The TMNG will then be sent to the registered wallet within the next 1-3 working days.
In the next field, you can see up to four options: Matic, TMNG, ETH, and TMNG again. Here, select TMNG in the second position right after Matic. In our example, it is grayed out.
Now you can start the withdrawal request with "Withdraw".
The details are now specified in the withdrawal window. You can see your own custody address (TMNG dashboard) and the registered private wallet address to which the TMNG will be sent.
At the top you can see the maximum amount available and enter the desired amount in the field at the bottom. The payout is now confirmed.
Make sure that you have access to the destination address.
As a final step, the system asks for a 2FA code (2-factor authentication - see chapter). Once the code has been entered, the payout is registered. The payout can take up to 3 working days.
TMNG can be deposited from the external wallet directly into your own Custody Wallet. The Custody Wallet can be found directly on the dashboard or in the wallet overview. Directly under the asset, for example: TMNG, you can find an address that you can copy with a click.
Please note that all other deposit addresses serve our transparent system, and at the moment only TMNG should be deposited.
Now, the corresponding address can be conveniently entered into your wallet. To do this, open MetaMask and first click on TMNG.
If you do not see the TMNG token after the withdrawal, you may still have to import TMNG as a token. The procedure can be found in the chapter below.
Now we get a new window and click on "Send".
Now we enter the copied address from the dashboard. We can see the total amount available in TMNG and enter the desired amount (here: 1 TMNG). We can see the current fees in the lower fields.
We can now see the destination address at the top. In the middle, the MetaMask shows the total amount available and the TMNG amount to be sent (here: 1 TMNG). In the lower field we see the current charges as an estimate.
After we have clicked on "Next", there is a summary of the transaction costs.
We confirm the transaction and in a few minutes we can see the transaction under Activity in the MetaMask.
It might be possible that your wallet does not automatically recognize the TMNG token. You can check the Blockchain Explorer to see if the tokens have arrived (see Blockchain Explorer chapter).
In the following steps, we will add the token into MetaMask. This process is similar for other wallets, and instructions can be found online.
In MetaMask, click on the "+ Import Token" button.
Various values such as the SmartContract address are queried below. The values can be found in the table.
Beschreibung | Wert |
---|---|
Token-Contract-Adresse | 0xE57594F829b3d514EE12C41e81DF3861B19c26e3 |
Tokensymbol | TMNG |
Token-Dezimale | 18 |
If the TMNG are already on the wallet, MetaMask asks whether the tokens should be released. The token is added by clicking on "Import".
The token is now visible in the MetaMask and can be sent to target addresses such as the custody wallet address. Make sure that there are enough Matic on the wallet to cover the transaction costs.
