Register and KYC
Please note that MEXC is a third-party provider and we have no access to the systems or can provide support.
To register on MEXC Exchange, follow the link above. On the landing page, you will find different sign-up options. The first sign-up will count as the registration. At the top right corner, you can click on the globe icon to select your preferred language. At the bottom right, you will find the support button to contact MEXC directly. In our example, we will register using an email address.
In the next input field, enter a password. Seasonal bonuses are also shown here. After agreeing to the terms and privacy policy, you will complete the registration.
Next, you need to enter a 6-digit code from the email into the input field. MEXC will send this email.
Sometimes you will be directed to special promotions. Currently, there is a 1000 USDT new customer bonus. You can find the details directly on the platform.
To receive bonuses, MEXC requires a KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification.
KYC Verification
We live in a global world with international capital and goods flows in the financial sector as well as in industry. We have institutions that operate globally, including exchanges like MEXC. Thanks to modern KYC procedures, it is possible to participate in exciting markets such as the cryptocurrency market from nearly any location.
We recommend completing the KYC procedures promptly; it ensures a smooth operation of the platform and its functions.
On the MEXC homepage, the basic functions are located on the right side.
On the profile tab, we find options mainly pertaining to our own profile. We click on Identification and a new window appears.
At MEXC, you have the option to complete an institutional KYC. Here, various legal entities can be registered. In our case, we are doing an "Enhanced KYC". A completed KYC facilitates smooth transactions on the platform, such as deposits and withdrawals.
In this window, we select the country of origin of our ID and the type (ID card, passport, driver's license) and proceed with the further verification.
Once the ID origin and the ID type have been determined, you can proceed with "Confirm." You will now land on a SumSub template and can start the verification process.
In the next window, you will need to take a photo of your ID card. Capture both the front and the back. Ensure the image is sharp and well-lit, and place the ID card in the center of the window as indicated.
After successfully recording the ID, the system will request a selfie and a liveness check. Follow the on-screen instructions and turn your head.
Now we can review our data again and confirm it.
Now we wait approximately 48 hours for the result of the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) process.
